Kamineni Institute of Medical Sciences, Narketpally is one of the strongest private MBBS colleges in Telangana. If you are choosing among private colleges, I would place it above Malla Reddy (Suraram), Kamineni LB Nagar, Mamata, Mediciti, Maheshwara, and most other private colleges because of its established faculty, higher patient load, and stronger clinical training. Only the top government colleges—Osmania, Gandhi, Kakatiya, and ESIC Hyderabad—remain clearly ahead due to their exceptional clinical exposure and much lower fees. (Reddit)
