Recommendation
GMC Sangareddy is a good government MBBS option, especially because of its low fees and modern infrastructure. However, based on current clinical exposure, reputation, and student feedback, I would generally prefer Siddipet, Mahabubnagar, Suryapet, Nalgonda, and RIMS Adilabad before Sangareddy. Even so, it remains a better value than most private medical colleges if you obtain a government seat. (Reddit)
