Recommendation
GMC Mahabubabad is a strong choice among the newer Telangana government medical colleges. I would place it at the same level as GMC Suryapet and GMC Nalgonda, and ahead of newer colleges such as Sangareddy, Nagarkurnool, and Bhadradri Kothagudem because it has a more established academic setup and steadily improving clinical exposure. If you obtain a government seat here, it generally offers better long-term value than most private medical colleges due to the combination of low fees and government hospital training.
