Recommendation
Prathima Institute of Medical Sciences (Karimnagar) is a good mid-to-upper-tier private MBBS college in Telangana. It offers good clinical exposure, an experienced faculty, and a large teaching hospital. I would generally rank it below Kamineni Narketpally, Mamata Khammam, Apollo Hyderabad, and SVS Mahabubnagar, but at a similar level to Bhaskar, Mediciti, and Malla Reddy Institute of Medical Sciences.
