Recommendation
GMC Karimnagar is one of the best choices among Telangana’s newer government medical colleges. I would rank it above Suryapet, Nalgonda, Mancherial, Jagityal, Sangareddy, Wanaparthy, and Nagarkurnool because of its better patient load, district hospital strength, and overall clinical exposure.
If I had to recommend government colleges in Telangana, my preference would be:
