Clinical Exposure
The 900-bed teaching hospital is a major advantage. Santosh also has a fairly long medical-education history compared with many newer private/deemed colleges. (Santosh Deemed to be University)
Recent student discussions are mixed: some students consider the patient flow good, while opinions about infrastructure and academics vary. So I would not judge it only from online reviews—a campus/hospital visit is worthwhile before paying fees. (Reddit)
Fees
Santosh is a deemed university, so don’t compare its fee structure with UP state-private colleges. Admission is through MCC’s central counselling for deemed universities, and the university publishes its MBBS fee information separately. (Santosh Deemed to be University)

Recommendation
Santosh is a decent-to-good deemed MBBS option, especially if you want to stay in Delhi NCR. Its biggest advantages are 30+ years of medical education, a 900-bed teaching hospital, 150 MBBS seats, and Delhi-NCR connectivity. (Santosh Deemed to be University)
However, because the deemed-university fee is high, I would compare it carefully with colleges such as KIMS Bhubaneswar, Symbiosis Pune, JSS Mysore, SRM, KIMS Karad, Datta Meghe Nagpur and other deemed options before locking your preference.
For your preference list, I’d keep Santosh as a reasonable North-India deemed option, but not in the topmost tier of deemed medical colleges.
