Recommendation
CAIMS Karimnagar is a reasonable mid-tier private MBBS college in Telangana with decent academics and clinical exposure. Based on current reputation, hospital strength, student feedback, and overall value, I would generally prefer Kamineni Narketpally, Mamata Khammam, Apollo Hyderabad, and SVS Mahabubnagar over CAIMS.
