Recommendation
Mamata Medical College, Khammam is one of the top private MBBS colleges in Telangana. Considering clinical exposure, hospital strength, academic reputation, and long-standing performance, I would rank it slightly above Apollo Hyderabad and ahead of SVS, Malla Reddy, and Kamineni LB Nagar. The only colleges I would clearly place above it are the top government colleges (Osmania, Gandhi, Kakatiya, ESIC) and Kamineni Institute of Medical Sciences, Narketpally.
