Sri Lalithambigai Medical College is a good mid-tier deemed medical college. If your tuition budget is around ₹21 lakh per year, I would generally prefer Sri Lalithambigai over VELS and Bhaarath Medical College because of its stronger academic environment and improving clinical exposure. However, if you get admission to Sri Ramachandra, Saveetha, SRM, Chettinad, Mahatma Gandhi Jaipur, or JNMC Wardha, those remain the stronger choices for MBBS. (Reddit)
